Postage and packaging costs £4.99 per order. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail to customers within the UK only.

Purchases made through this website are governed by the Distance Selling Regulations (UK).

You can return goods for a refund within 28 calendar days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

Please note that, except in cases of defects or errors, shipping costs (including those incurred when returning items) are non-refundable. A tracked shipping service is required for returning items. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process, and all returned goods will be inspected.

We no longer accept commission work.

Do not unsubscribe from newsletters if you have an outstanding order. Unsubscribing blocks email communications. We cannot override this. Newsletters inform on order status and new releases.
